Viral food. Real kitchens.
Somewhere between a 12-second video and dinner, most viral recipes fall apart. The measurements are vibes. The timing is a lie. The sauce breaks. You end up with a sink full of pans and a plate of disappointment.
Cook Like A Grown-Up exists to close that gap. We take the food you keep seeing on your feed, cook it repeatedly, figure out why it fails, and rewrite it so it works on a weeknight in an ordinary kitchen with an ordinary stove.
This is not a lecture and it is not a food blog with a childhood memoir attached. It is also not a shot at traditional cooking. Grandma was right about most of it. We just think the internet's best ideas deserve the same respect as the classics.
Tested, not trending

No gatekeeping
Every note we learned the hard way is in the recipe.
You saw it. Now make it.
